  • Ceylon Cinnamon: is considered as ‘true’ cinnamon with expensive price and limited quantity.
  • Cassia Cinnamon: is the no.1 common type in the world now with good quality and competitive price which is grown mainly in Vietnamese mountainous area.

How many types of Cinnamon in Vietnam?

• Cassia Cinnamon is produced under various shapes (whole, stick, cigarette, powder, split, square/round cut, etc). However, the best-seller Cassia Cinnamon of Rice & More are:
  • Cassia Cinnamon Stick (6cm, 8cm, 10cm, 15cm, 20cm): the inner barks after drying under the nature sunlight will be curled into rolls with an average diameter 1.2 – 1.5cm. 
  • Cassia Cinnamon Powder (V.O 1.5%, 2%, 3%, 4%): depending on client’s oil content requirements, the inner bark with suitable oil content will be grounded into powder. The higher percentage of oil, the more quality Cassia Cinnamon Powder and the more expensive price.
