Significant:
- Rice Vermicelli is made directly from the rice grains and grind into flour (based on our own Rice & More‘s rice material) which is the most popular cold noodles. It is easy to find in any Vietnamese markets, Asian restaurants, etc. It appears in many Asian dishes such as summer roll, or served with pork/beef/chicken soup.
- Sometimes, it can refer to a thin form of ‘rice noodles’ or ‘rice sticks’ but should not confuse with ‘glass noodles’ or ‘cellophane noodles’ which are a kind of transparent noodles from mung bean starch or rice starch and water rather than rice grains themselves.
