What is Prawn Crackers or Bánh Phồng Tôm?

Cooking Instruction:
- Boiling cooking oil at temperature 170 – 190 degree Celsius.
- Soaking chips in, flip both sides evenly, then take out quickly once they are turning light brown and completely swelling and floating.
- Drain well in the kitchen paper and serve immediately.
