Vietnamese rice, a true sweet taste from nature
Mekong Delta River, a south-western of Vietnam, has a natural area of 3.9 million hectares, of which 75% has been used for agricultural production. With an interlaced river system, Mekong River brings a lot of alluvial to the countries it flows through.
And luckily, Vietnam is the final place where it can receive the biggest source of alluvial from six countries: China, Thailand, Myanmar, Laos, Cambodia. This factor contributes to the branding for the following types of Vietnamese rice:
