Yummy Tilapia Jasmine Rice!

INGREDIENTS
Uncooked White rice: 1/2 cups
Butter: 1 teaspoon
Ground cumin: 1/2 teaspoon
Seafood seasoning: 1/4 teaspoon
Black pepper: 1/4 teaspoon
Salt: 1/8 teaspoon
Tilapia fillets: 2 (6 ounces each)
Salad dressing: 1/4 cup

DIRECTIONS
In a small saucepan, combine water, rice and butter; bring to a boil. Reduce heat, simmer and covered until liquid is absorbed and rice is tender, 15 – 20 minutes.
Meanwhile, mix seasonings; sprinkle over tilapia. In a large skillet, heat salad dressing over medium heat until hot. Add fillets; cook until fish just begins to flake easily with a fork, 3 – 4 minutes per side. Serve with rice.
